I wish I had more light when I took this picture because it took me a while to clean up the image after trying to make it cartoony. Oh well.
I went to see Scott Pilgrim today, and, well I mean it could have easily turned out to be over SFX’d, but somehow the shitload of special effects made it awesome. A few minutes in and already I was like
I do have to say, Knives really carried the mood for the movie before the whole Ramona deal came in. Nothing against Michael Cera but if Knives wasn’t there, the start of the movie might have lost some momentum.
Also, Knives was fucking adorable.
I recommend the movie highly. Fantastic cultural references.

This is what my hair looks like without product, at the moment.
Today I went to the Glen to just hang out with Mandy. I walked there, a one-hour affair, and it started raining 5 minutes after I set out.
It was good to talk to Mandy, because she thinks very similarly to me.
I am starting to lose my grip around my mom. She has a problem with every single thing I do. It’s none of her business why I am typing on my laptop, and even when I tell her I’m talking to a friend on MSN, she demands to know who it is. I’m not 15 or something, so fuck off. She nags and nags, and when I tell her she’s nagging, she yells at me, and then says that I was nagging when I discuss handballs in AFL football with my dad. I don’t think she has a fucking clue what nagging actually is, the fuckwit.
How I live is up to me. She can just fuck off and concentrate on actually contributing to this family, like actually getting a job instead of staying home and yelling at us all the time. I still maintain that if she dedicated half the energy she wastes on yelling at us for not doing something that she was meant to do, she can work for a whole day without a problem.

As you can see, I’m getting into the fever of FIFA World Cup 2010! I got the scarf with the Herald Sun today. I will read through the paper later. I have a feeling the scarf’s color will run, and it will be itchy but but but OH WELL!

My Creative Non-Fiction is due tomorrow. I am only 70% through it. Also, I have to PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF DRAFTING! WHERE!? HOW!?
That’s what my hair looks like when I’m stressed…just kidding! I blow-dried it without a mirror. I’m completely naked under the towel though.
JUST KIDDING! Way too cold.
Off to writing we go.

Today was quite a cold day! Well, yesterday was supposedly colder but I didn’t leave the house, so I wouldn’t know. Getting up this morning, I felt the morning shivers for the first time in months!
I LOVE IT!
Anyway, today I was going to get a jacket from Valleygirl but, after seeing it in person (I’d only seen it online), I decided it looked disgusting. So I didn’t get it. It was a pity because, not only was I happy to get a jacket, but I was going to wear it for today’s 365. Well, that obviously didn’t work out.
No WordPress post for today, although I have an update with the friendship-making with that girl in my class. I swear, today, she totally smiled and said hi (YAY). Ha, but we have yet to have a proper conversation. I talked to someone else, though, a girl named Elise (or a derivative of that spelling). She’s actually really young - I’m now one of the youngest ones in my class.

I went and got a haircut today after so many people telling me to get one - it was getting seriously long, you saw the test pictures - so yeah, I decided to restart my 365 today, April 10th 2010.
If you click on the pic, it will take you to my WordPress post for today. Some days it might not take you to a WordPress post because I didn’t write one.
